Ratings

Just am testing a ratings system for the posts. Not sure if this is going to last, as part of the ethos of this site is the concept of musical egalitarianism and the simple value of posting, whether or not you think your minute is good.

Might be interesting to see what other people think though. If you want to rate something, just click one of the 5 stars below the post. If you want to change your rating, I believe you can do so by just clicking again on a different star.

Well, who knows - maybe this will be gone in a day or two. Let's see how we all like it.

actually, i'm really having second thoughts. ratings really.. well, is this sort of judgement really any good? i think i'll disable this in a few days, unless somebody really wants it to stay.

I already hate myself enough. Don't really need a lot of zero star ratings up there to make myself feel better about.... myself.

Although I do like the fact that the worst you can possibly feel about something is just that you're not really quite sure how to feel. Might be good, might be bad. And then it's all pretty good until you're jizzing in your pants. Very diplomatic.
